Advanced Topics for New Georgia Agents - 25 Hour Post License Course The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires that each Salesperson successfully complete a 25 hour Post-License course within one year of issuance of an original Salesperson license. At AREU, each of our courses are approved by GREC and satisfies the 25 hour post-license requirement. 

This interactive course covers advanced topics for new agents, satisfies your license law requirement, and helps you build a strong foundation for success in the real estate industry. A final exam is required to complete the course.
