This course will identify the concept of Community Associations and the different types of each to all Licensees in Georgia and as a result will educate the Licensee in the difference Voluntary, Mandatory, Hybrid, Condo, Homeowner and Private Owner Associations. This instructional course highlights home owner responsibilities in regard to HOA/COA/POAA rules and regulations, Covenants and Restrictions and Local zoning restrictions.
