From explaining agency to asking a buyer or seller to sign a Brokerage Engagement Agreement; or from conveying the need for disclosures to working with a cooperating broker, licensees need a keen sense od intent, a calm demeanor, and a discerning ear to navigate the complexities of a sale in order to protect themselves, their firms and their clients.
