This course provides a review and practical application of residential sales contracts, specifically for a broker-licensed audience, utilizing the current GAR Forms package. Topics include Buyer and Seller Consultations; Broker Engagement agreements; Referral Agreements; Buyer and Seller risks and protections in the GAR Purchase and Sale Agreement; proper handling of Earnest Money, and tracking of key dates/timelines in the sales contract.(This course provides Real Estate Instructor CE credit.)
