CE Class: Broker Essentials: Advertising and the Law

The course, specifically for Broker-licensees, covers Georgia License Law and GREC Rules surrounding advertising in real estate, from content that appears on an individual agent’s business card to the required details of a property listing on social media. Broker approval requirements, fair housing, unfair trade practices, violations and penalties are discussed, and a final group activity enables students to recognize unlawful advertising.
