By submitting this application, I hereby apply for a membership in the Newnan Coweta Board of REALTORS® (NCBOR) as noted above. I am/will be paying which is to be refunded to me in the event of non-acceptance. In the event of acceptance, I agree to abide by the Constitution, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, and the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS. I irrevocably waive all claims against NCBOR or any of its officers, directors, or members for any act in connection with the business of NCBOR, and particularly as to its (or their) acts in accepting or failing to accept, advancing, suspending, expelling, or otherwise disciplining me as an applicant or as a member.
